5 Best High Tea Places In Brisbane For Families

While I do enjoy leaving the kids at home and heading to a champagne-filled high tea with my girlfriends, Bella is starting to get to the age where she wants to come along. Of course not all high tea venues are designed to accommodate kids so I’ve put together the 5 best high tea places in Brisbane for families.

Stamford Plaza, Brisbane

While this is not a year-round high tea for kids we felt it was worth adding it to the list. During school holidays the Stamford Plaza hosts a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party in the hotel lobby.

Let your kids take a dive down the rabbit hole and enjoy a high tea to remember. Including an edible garden, jelly sculptures and a sweet and savoury buffet to put even the Mad Hatter to shame.

There is a morning and afternoon sessions throughout the upcoming school holidays and bookings are essential. It does sell out so it is best to book as soon as you can.

Adults are $65 per person including a glass of sparkling wine and kids are $39 for ages 4 to 12.

The Stamford Plaza is located on the corner of Margaret and Edwards Street in Brisbane City.
